    Responsibilities

    A dynamic, dedicated, and clinically skilled nurse practitioner is sought to manage comprehensive primary care services for a panel of patients in a Primary Care setting at Lebanon VA Medical Center. This VA serves a total of 45,000 Veterans from South Central PA and has a full range of clinical services including an active ED, and specialists in medicine, surgery and psychiatry. The candidate is expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in general medicine/family practice as well as gender-specific health. This provider is part of a PACT team that includes a variety of professionals such nursing, psychology, social work and PharmDs who collaborate to deliver the best care possible to Veterans. Continuity of care, coordination and consultation, diagnostic tests, appropriate prescribing and patient education are all integral aspects of the provider's scope of practice.    

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, unless otherwise approved by supervisor.
