    In this position you will spend 90% of the time in direct patient care, case conferences and supervising Family Practice Residents rotating through the clinic. Direct patient care is in adult outpatient, intensive outpatient, Wounded Warrior Battalion or Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program.

    Responsibilities

    In this position, you will perform meaningful professional work in the field of Psychiatry Physician, such as the following:

    • Provide training and supervision to Family Practice Residents in the Mental Health Department.
    • Participate in teaching conferences and case discussions.
    • Examine, diagnose, treat or recommend course of management for patients with mental illness.
    • Collaborate with specialists in other areas on cases involving multidisciplinary problems.
